Scarecrow Hat features: Brown and blue polyester fabric with a suede-like feel with colored patches. Stands approximately 23″ high (including straw hair) x 15″ wide. A bendable wire sewn inside the rim so you can adjust the fit to your liking. Straw hair is attached to the inside of the hat. One size fits most adults.
